1. Reservation Confirmation
All reservations made through our website are subject to confirmation by the restaurant.
Once confirmed, you will receive an email or message with the details of your booking.
2. Grace Period
Please arrive on time. We offer a 15-minute grace period.
After this time, your table may be released to accommodate other guests.
3. Changes and Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before your scheduled time without penalty.
For last-minute changes, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp.
4. Large Group Bookings
For reservations of more than 10 guests, prior coordination is required.
In some cases, a deposit or partial payment may be requested to secure the reservation.
5. Special Events and Holidays
During high-demand dates (holidays, weekends, special occasions), confirmation via phone or a deposit may be required.
6. Special Requests
If you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or are celebrating a special occasion, please let us know when booking.
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
7. No-Show Policy
In the case of a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to limit future reservations.
