1. Reservation Confirmation

  • All reservations made through our website are subject to confirmation by the restaurant.

  • Once confirmed, you will receive an email or message with the details of your booking.

2. Grace Period

  • Please arrive on time. We offer a 15-minute grace period.

  • After this time, your table may be released to accommodate other guests.

3. Changes and Cancellations

  • You may modify or cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before your scheduled time without penalty.

  • For last-minute changes, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp.

4. Large Group Bookings

  • For reservations of more than 10 guests, prior coordination is required.

  • In some cases, a deposit or partial payment may be requested to secure the reservation.

5. Special Events and Holidays

  • During high-demand dates (holidays, weekends, special occasions), confirmation via phone or a deposit may be required.

6. Special Requests

  • If you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or are celebrating a special occasion, please let us know when booking.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. No-Show Policy

  • In the case of a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to limit future reservations.
